I think I'm on to something

Okay. I've been thinking today how I can eliminate stress in my life. I want to eliminate some of the unnecessary "noise" like the talk below suggested. So here's the plan:

1 week.

1 week of no Facebook

1 week of not reading anyone's blog

1 week of no TV

1 week of going to bed by midnight (lights off, no computer!)

1 week of no unnecessary texting

1 week. Starting. Right. Now.
